Immersed in the construction industry for 18+ years, Giancarlo has gained the leadership experience to spearhead a variety of constructions projects. As a result Giancarlo has established a complete resource network of multilevel trades, suppliers, engineers and architects, ensuring each project is fluidly completed while on budget. Giancarlo’s strong values, work ethic and pride in workmanship establish the fundamentals TRI TERRA was built upon.
Jonathan
Co-founder
Having a construction background of 14+
years, Jonathan is the driving force behind each TRI TERRA project. His relentless pursuit for competitive budgeting, high quality control, accelerated scheduling is the daily performance standard each sub trade/consultant must adhere to while on a TRI TERRA project. His experience over 14 years has proven beneficial to the company in terms of estimation, communication, and business development. Jonathan understands the value of a quality project and what it entails in achieving high standards. His strong ability to communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants help guide any project seamlessly.
PROCESS
01. CONSULTATION
In phase one, we set up a consultation where we will help you find the right area and home for you.
02. PLANNING & DESIGN
In the planning and design phase we will have a series of meetings to approve blue prints, designs and colours.
03. CONSTRUCTION
Once the plans are finalized, construction will begin and you will be involved in all building processes right to possession day where you will receive the home of your dreams.
